Embracing Hmong Women Identities Summit
Who we are
The Embracing Hmong Women Identities is organized by a group of Hmong women at Sacramento State to present a one day summit for Hmong women students at Sacramento State: explore about identity development, community building, resistance, and equality. The summit will encourage participants to reflect on the challenges and paradigm shift and to build a foundation for identifying issues and solutions that impact not just the Hmong community, but the overall Asian Pacific Islanders (API) community. Through this summit, Hmong women students at Sacramento State will learn the important work of resisting injustice, hate, and fear.
